    The European pilot project, that aims to fix more carbon in plants and soil on the area of Congosta Vidriales got started with the plantation of 22 hectares of grain to the surface. The next spring they will add another 3 hectares of lupins.The aim of the project is to create, over a period of 5 years, an area of aproxomately 1,000 hectares of crops.

    The rise of the heigth of the Gallego river, which was caused in Peñaflor, has let to an evacuation of 40 people to Movera. However, the inaccesibility of several roads made this evacuation much harder. According to informed sources of the city to Europa Press, specifically the roads of Vacaria Vado were cut off.
