Successful training day on extensive organic farming

On March 25, a training seminar on extensive organic farming was held at Colegio Universitario of Zamora. This event is part of a series of training sessions organized by the Provincial Council of Zamora on organic agriculture and husbandry, green infrastructure and forestry.

The talk was given by Carlos Lacasta Dutoit, Director of the experimental farm "La Higueruela" in Toledo, unique in Spain because it has a record of more than 30 years studying improvements in rainfed agricultural productivity.

The symposium was attended by Pedro Alonso and Goyo, from Beral Ingeniería, as well as by Egbert Sonneveld, of Transati, partner of the LIFE+ “Crops for better soil(LIFE10 ENV/ES/471).
