Interview with Jean Pierre Scherer, soil expert

French professor Jean Pierre Scherer was invited by the Life 10 Crops for Better Soil project to visit various farms in Zaragoza, Guadalajara and Zamora. Our project took advantage of his visit to show him the Ayoó region, where he analyzed the situation of the soil. Within this interview the professor not only explains the vulnerability of the areas, but as well the opportunities that are in place to improve the quality of the soils.
